Getting Started with HEALOW App:

  1. Download the App:

    • Search for and download the HEALOW App on your mobile device.

  2. Launch and Set Up:

    • Open the app and agree to the terms and conditions.
    • Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth.
    • Use the practice code: BIHHBA.

  3. Verify Your Practice:

    • Confirm your practice as Linden Medical Group.
    • Tap “This is my Practice”.

  4. Account Verification:

    • Choose the Cell Phone/Text option for account verification.
    • Click Next.
    • Enter the verification code sent to your phone via SMS/Text.

  5. Continue Setting Up Your Account:

    • Create a secure password.
    • Review and agree to the Practice Consent Form.
    • Set a 6-digit PIN for secure access.
    • (Optional) Enable Face ID for convenience.

  6. Complete the Tutorial so You Can Learn How to use these functions:

    • Appointments: Track and receive alerts for upcoming appointments.
    • Medications: Request refills and manage prescriptions.
    • Messaging: Send messages to your doctor or medical assistant.
    • Payments: Pay bills, manage balances, and view statements.
